Hey!
This week's manicure was thought up the day I painted it on. For this one you will need a light pink polish, a gold polish and some striping tape!
I started with a base coat of OPI nail envy. I then did two coats of Whim Blush and Bows. Once that was completely dry, I used two pieces of striping tape to form a wide V that points towards the tip of the nail and is placed about halfway down the length of the nail vertically. I then took three more pieces of tape and placed them so that they would form equal pieces in the V I formed earlier. I then used Orly Luxe to paint on the inside space of the V. I then carefully removed all pieces of striping tape. Once that dried completely, I finished my manicure with a fast drying top coat of INM Out the Door.

This pink nail polish was hard to work with. I don't know if all pastel nail polishes are like that or if it's just this specific brand's formula, but yeah. The placing of the tape can be a little tricky when placing tape with your less dominant hand, but other than that, this isn't so hard. You just need to pat on a little bit of nail polish at a time when painting the striping tape area. I hope you liked this one and I will see you next time!
