Hey!
This week's manicure is a cute, simple design achieved with striping tape. You will need plenty of striping tape and two colors of nail polish.
I started with a base coat of OPI Nail Envy. I then followed with one coat of Julep Charlotte. Once that was dry, I used four pieces of striping tape to make two X's on top of one another in the very center of the nail. This creates the look or pattern seen in an argyle design. I then painted over the entire nail with Julep Phia and carefully removed the striping tape right after. Once that was completely dry, I finished my manicure with a fast drying top coat of INM Out the Door.

I realize that the color of the Julep Charlotte polish looks completely different in the first and second photo. The first photo is more true to the color in person. This was pretty simple to do, once I got the hang of figuring out how to place the tape on the nails. Depending on how you space the tape, the design could come out more wide or narrow looking. I liked using the glittery polish that was close in color to the base so that it was subtle, but still noticeable. You could totally make it more dramatic by picking more contrasting colors. Well, I hope you enjoyed this look and I will see you next time!
