Dotted Leaf

Hey!

This week's manicure was inspired by the season. I got a new nail color that screams fall and I knew that I wanted to do something with leaves or a leaf and this is what I came up with. For this manicure you will need a deep coral nail color, a gold nail color and a small dotting tool.

I started with a base coat of OPI nail envy maintenance. I then did two coats of Sei Bella Deep Coral nail color. Once that was dry, I used a small dotting tool and Orly Luxe to paint the outline of a leaf, on my ring fingernail. I then used the dotting tool and the same nail color to paint on a gold dot on the base of the nail for the rest of my nails. Once everything was completely dry, I finished my manicure with a fast drying top coat of INM Out the door.

Finished!

I am surprised how much I ended up liking this nail polish color. It's completely not what I thought it was going to be when I bought it and saw the color online. It really is such a perfect color for fall and combines so well with the gold. My advice when drawing the leaf is to just take your time and use a little bit of nail polish at a time when dipping the dotting tool and make sure the dotting tool is tiny. I hope you enjoyed this look and I will see you next time!
